Hog & Spit Roast | Bespoke Caterers

The hog roast has become a very popular and extremely successful menu at all types of events. Whether it is at a wedding, large function or corporate event, your guests will enjoy the atmosphere and smells created as a locally reared pig is cooked in front of them, and they’ll love the sumptuous meat served in a bap or crusty bread with delicious crackling and all the trimmings.

If you fancy something a little different we can also roast a whole lamb, venison or large joints of beef, chicken, turkey or lamb with our rotisserie attachment

Abs and Nick Singleton says...

I want to thank all you guys for making our day perfect!!! Sound a bit like an Oscars speech but we want to pass our thanks on. Amy - thanks for sorting all our fiddly bits out (napkins, tables cloths and even cake knife which I forgot about!) your attention to detail is a credit to Bespoke! Right now on to the food!!.... It was amazing! Everyone loved the canapés so much they gobbled them all up. Grandma is extremely fussy about food and Roast beef is her specialty! Even the local butcher gives her the best cuts!!! I have never heard such glowing report from her about roast beef! Her exact words were 'blooming lovely bit of beef!' For that I alone I can't thank you enough! On talking to everyone they loved it!!! On to the puds! You guys, it was fab. We had nothing but good comments again! Comment like 'out of this world' 'amazing' 'best desert they had ever had'. They even took so pictures so if you want any just ask. Then the buffet! You guys put on an amazing spread. All the firemen come to weddings for the food and they stopped me specifically to say how good it was. Everyone loved the pork baps and I know lots went back for more. My sister said she loved the pate she polished off what was left for breckie the next day! So we just wanted to say a huge thanks to you all! You completed our perfect day with what was perfect food! You have defeated the enemy - good enough and achieved excellence.
