The Hog Roast has become one of our most popular menus requested. Whether it is for the main meal of an outside wedding, the evening food option to a wedding, a large summer party mixed with a bbq or a tasty bap for clients at a corporate launch. 

We can guide you to what type of menu suits your event. We use locally reared pigs perfect for hog roasting with a good meat to fat ratio. 

Our Chef will raise the pig out of the hog roaster & display the pig in front of your guests then carve the meat into warming dishes (keeping the meat hot) and serve directly to your guests either in a locally made floured bap or plated as part of a more substantial buffet with salads & our bread selection.
