We are now coming up to the start of our busy wedding season starting with a wedding at Frinton Golf Club, a wedding at Cressing Temple Barns, a wedding at Dove Barn and even plated ploughmans for 500+ people in Walton for Essex Wildlife Trust.
Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th August we have been asked to provide the VIP catering at 'Essex Spectacular' a hot air balloon and food festival in Essex

Last weekend we catered for a wedding in Clacton, their guests enjoyed a 2 course sit down meal and our 'Bespoke Fish Stall' which was loved by all.
We had a busy weekend with a staff party/sports day in Weeley, and Wivenhoe's Summer Ball, held at William Loveless Hall this was their summer ball in which 106 guests sat down to a 3 course meal cooked on site.
At the begining of the month we offically had Jamie and Luke join us as full time chefs who will be joining Colchester Institute in September on the Apprenticeship course they run in Colchester.
