Ottolenghi Weddings Weekend

By sheer chance we have run two large weddings last weekend, both with clients insisting we use salads and dishes from the books of Yotam Ottolenghi, which after reading we have enjoyed and also have become real fans of. The dishes are relatively simple but are all about the quality of the produce used. the friday wedding was a for the daughter of James and Glyn's former college lecturer.(no pressure there then!) The Main course was a plated buffet with all the dishes plattered and placed on a table for seconds, and the other a fully laid out buffet for the guests to come and graze from.
both were a great success and something we hope to do a bit more of next year.
some of our favourite dishes were:

Roasted Red and Golden beetroot salad.

Crushed new potatoes with horseradish and sorrel.

Char Grilled broccoli with chilli and garlic oil
